The products provided and the raw materials used to produce them must meet the requirements of national, local, and industry laws and regulations related to environmental protection.
2. Under the condition of ensuring quality requirements, priority should be given to using non polluting or less polluting production processes and raw materials, and production processes and raw materials that have been banned by the state or local authorities should not be used.
3. Active measures must be taken to control the excessive pollutants (wastewater, exhaust gas, solid waste, noise, etc.) emitted during the production process to ensure that they meet national or local emission standards within the specified period.
